One lane of southbound I-5 still closed, due to pedestrians on the Highway

The Oregon Branch of Transportation (ODOT) is announcing that all paths of Interstate 5 southward are shut at the crossing point with Eugene – Springfield Roadway I-105, because of walkers on the expressway.
