Israel to Continue Military Action Against Hezbollah in Lebanon, Defense Minister Confirms.

In a firm statement on Thursday, Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant reiterated that military operations targeting Hezbollah in Lebanon will persist. His comments followed a series of strikes by the Israeli military on Hezbollah positions.

“Our mission is to guarantee the safe return of northern Israeli communities to their homes,” Gallant declared during a meeting with military commanders. “As time progresses, Hezbollah will face growing consequences.”

Earlier on Thursday, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) launched attacks on Hezbollah targets, confirming that Lt. Gen. Herzi Halevi, Chief of the General Staff, had finalized strategic plans for the northern front.

As this conflict moves into a new phase, Gallant acknowledged both the challenges and opportunities ahead, emphasizing, “Hezbollah senses the pressure. The sequence of our military actions will continue.”
